I’m an accomplished public speaker, having delivered keynote presentations and workshops at college student leadership conferences and university mental health events across the United States. I also wrote an award-winning book and led a TEDx Talk on recovering from perfectionism. Now as a suicide survivor, I am determined to end the stigma of mental health shame by sharing my story and encouraging others to bounce back from adversity.
I am available year round via Zoom to speak to your group anywhere in the world.
I’m also available for in person speaking engagements for corporations, colleges, universities or conferences aimed at helping people let go of perfectionism to lead with positive mental health, confidence and resilience. I am a proud stay-at-home-mom to my 5-year-old son Alex, who is my first priority. That said, I am available once per month for travel outside the Buffalo, New York region, and am excited for the opportunity to speak in person! If your group or event is in Buffalo or Rochester, New York, I can make myself available more often for in-person talks.
